2. Acceptable Situations for Refunds (Within 30 Days)
A refund may be approved under the following conditions:
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days.
- Duplicate purchases of the same or similar items made by accident.
- Order information not received within 24 hours and no response from support within 48 hours.
- Duplicate charges due to payment platform errors—any extra charges will be refunded.
Once the refund is issued, any related licenses, accounts, or service access will be deactivated.
Returned physical items (if applicable) must be in resellable condition.

4. Return Policy for Physical Products
If your refund request involves a physical product, it must be returned before the refund can be issued.
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
- All original accessories and components included
- The product is undamaged and functional
- Original packaging intact or equivalent protective packaging

- Exchange Shipping Cost: Paid by the buyer
6. Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify it meets return conditions.

- Refund arrival time: up to 1 week (credit card refunds may require 1–2 weeks)
- Exchange orders are usually processed within 1 week
