Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Under the influence of the coronavirus, the airline industry has been hit hard. Most airlines announced that they would drastically reduce the flights and air cargo capacity. Over 90% of international flights have been or will be suspended.

Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, the customs in most countries cannot process the clearance in time because of limited manpower. Customs clearance is inefficient, and goods are stranded at the customs for much longer than expected.

In the difficult air transportation conditions, we are still trying our best to find reliable airlines for our customers and contact the local customs to shorten clearance time. Please give us some more time.


The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
The manufacturer and transportation company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
US orders are shipped by e-packet or express (US Postal Service).
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 7–14 days to arrive, but can take longer.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship standard shipping; valid only for shipping to the 48 contiguous US states.
Additional shipping fees may be assessed on orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International shipping fees will be applied to all orders shipped outside the US.


Shipping Policy & Terms

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the advertised time frame, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and ensure proper spacing. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information.
If the package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue store credit for the net price of your item(s), minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from cosplayfuns.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. Lift Legging is not responsible for packages that show as delivered, and no refund will be issued for such cases.

You will receive your order within 7–40 business days from the date it is shipped, not from the date it is placed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it may still take a few days to process your order.
This estimate does not include weekends or holidays.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. We and the carrier do not have control over how long customs may hold a package.
In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is received.
We recommend checking with your local post office for details.
We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other additional charges.
