To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please do not connect the device to your pet’s collar for testing before connecting it to the collar itself. Once you connect the device to the collar, it is no longer eligible for return. Please make sure you want to keep the device before connecting it. We are not responsible for lost pets.
To complete your return, please submit a written request to [email protected] via email before sending the item back.
Upon receiving and examining your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Delayed or Missing
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Special Sale Items:
Special sale items are refundable only, unfortunately, exchanges are not available.
We only offer free exchanges for products with quality issues. If you want to apply for an exchange, please send an email to [email protected]. If it is not a product quality issue, the shipping fee for the exchange will be borne by you.
If you want to return the item, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded unless the item has quality issues, and the return shipping fee will be borne by you.
As stated above, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped standard delivery, and are only applicable for delivery to 48 contiguous states. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may incur additional shipping fees. International shipping fees will be assessed for all orders shipped outside of the United States.
Please do not return the package to the original address. After we accept your return request, we will provide a return address via email.
