Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, the customs in most countries cannot process the clearance in time because of the limited manpower. Customs clearance is inefficient, and goods are stranded at the customs for much longer time than expected.
In the difficult air transportation conditions, we are still trying our best to find reliable airlines for our customers, contact the local customs to shorten clearance time. Please give us some more time.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and transportation company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.US orders are shipped by e-packet, express, which is a US Postal Service product.After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship standard shipping; valid only on shipping to the 48 contiguous states. SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS:
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If you refuse any shipments from Dogsfuns.com , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Lift Legging does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-40 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. We and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted.
